In February 2025, Mike and his crew were awarded the bid to tow the historic SS United States, the legendary American ocean liner built in 1952 that still holds the transatlantic speed record from Philadelphia to Destin, Florida, where it is slated to become the world’s largest artificial reef.

10% of profits will be donated to Liberty Nautical Education Center.
The Liberty Nautical Education Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to creating pathways to success for the younger generation through hands-on maritime education. Its programs are supported by the Sea Dart II, a historic U.S. Coast Guard–licensed passenger vessel, allowing students to gain real-world experience through immersive, long-term learning opportunities.
